man charged in connection with alleged assault in Hope Street

A 24 year old man will appear before the Magistrate this morning charged in connection with an alleged grave and criminal assault in Hope Street in the early hours of Friday 14 August.

Ashton De Carteret (24) of St Helier, will appear in the Magistrate’s Court at 10 am today (Monday 17 August).

The States of Jersey Police remain committed to pro-actively targeting people whose actions and behaviour cause distress and concern to others.
