Man in court charged with alleged rape

RELEASED TO MEDIA ON MONDAY 21 DECEMBER 2009

This afternoon a 30 yr old man appeared in the Magistrate’s Court charged with rape; James ANGWENYI.

He reserved his plea, and was remanded in custody until 15 January.

This is in relation to an alleged rape on a woman on 26 October 2009 in St Clement.
