‘The States of Jersey Police can confirm that regarding an enquiry started last year (Sept 2008) into the affairs of the Belgravia Financial Services Group, known as Belgravia, enquiries remain ongoing.
As the investigation is ongoing, the States of Jersey Police are unable to comment further at this time.'
