The many areas of operational Police work open to officers after their initial training period include Uniformed Patrol, Licensing and Community Policing as well as opportunities to work within the Criminal Investigation Department, the Drugs Squad, the Joint Intelligence Bureau, Special Branch and the Joint Financial Crimes Unit.
